- Manage Events & Gift Exchanges: To send RSVPs, trigger automated Secret Santa matching, and notify participants of deadlines.
- Manage the Reward Engine: To track and distribute Eventify Coins for platform participation.
- Improve Our Platform: To analyze trends and optimize smart discovery product feeds.

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide services, or to fulfill business obligations. Specifically within the app:
- With Event Hosts and Guests: If you RSVP to an event, the host and other invited guests may see your name, profile photo, and attendance status based on the event privacy settings.
- Secret Santa Matches: The person assigned to buy you a gift may see your specific wishlist and mailing preferences.

Eventify curates gifts from popular brands. Clicking on certain product links may direct you to third-party e-commerce sites such as Amazon, Myntra, or Nykaa. We do not control the privacy practices of those external sites and encourage you to read their policies.
