1. Description of Service
Eventify provides digital tools to help users organize events, manage digital RSVPs, curate personal gift wishlists, and participate in automated gift exchanges such as Secret Santa. We also provide a product discovery engine featuring curated gifts.
2. User Conduct and Responsibilities
As a user of Eventify, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other participants within an event.
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or malicious content to event pages or wishlists.
- Attempt to manipulate the Secret Santa drawing algorithm or the Coin reward system.
Event hosts are responsible for the content of their event pages and managing their guest lists. Eventify reserves the right to remove events that violate our policies.
3. Eventify Coins and Rewards
Eventify utilizes a Reward Engine that grants users digital Coins for platform participation, such as creating events or completing wishlists. These Coins hold no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. Eventify reserves the right to modify the coin-earning logic, alter reward costs, or terminate the coin program at any time without prior notice.
4. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Sites
Our platform allows users to add external links to their wishlists, and our Shop feature displays curated products. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning Eventify may earn a commission if you make a purchase. Eventify is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or shipping of products purchased on third-party websites.
5. Limitation of Liability
Eventify facilitates the drawing of names for gift exchanges and provides organizational tools. However, we cannot guarantee that participants will fulfill their gifting obligations. Eventify is not liable for unreceived gifts, interpersonal disputes resulting from events, or issues arising from third-party product purchases.
